REQUIRED FOR TRIP:
Organizations must:
1. Download and bring a completed GUEST BOARDING PASS RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PHOTO APPROVAL form and
2. We no longer require a completed AUTHORIZATION FOR RESIDENTS OF STATE INSTITUTIONS TO FISH IN MINNESOTA form.  Our organization has been granted a special permit by Minnesota’s Department of Natural Resources that exempts all of our guests from requiring a license to fish as long as NO ONE on board our pontoons KEEPS THEIR CATCH.  ALL Let’s Go Fishing Eden Prairie trips will adhere to a CATCH AND RELEASE POLICY…NO EXCEPTIONS going forward!

Please bring the completed GUEST BOARDING PASS for your trip and deliver it to the Captain before the passengers start boarding the pontoon. Bringing this completed form will minimize the chance of your trip being delayed.

FISHING LICENSES:
We will no longer enforce the need for a Minnesota fishing license.  Even if you do possess a fishing license you will not be allowed to keep any fish.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
